Tore the PTO clutch out of my Dexta

Post by Mark »

Brian,
My son was bush hogging the bottoms on the farm when the pto clutch went out. This is the first time that this has happened to me, and my hydraulics won't work until I push the clutch all the way down like I'm going to shift gears.
How does this work?

Would suspect that you are going beyond the normal travel of the clutch and are jamming things up. That is a splitting job and there is no easy way out I'm afraid.

Brian,
Yep you are right about the splitting, makes me wish I had renewed the clutches with the overhaul.
