ithink most of them probley come from the same maker most likley in turkey
or some other place , probley have never heard of a dexta let alone seen one.so
it probley does not make much differance where you buy, if you do find someone who makes them properly
they will expect mountains of money just for making them properly as they should do anyway :scratchhead:
good luck Gerry

I reckon with all the stuff like panels out there, is at least go see what your buying, may have to travel a ways but at least you can see if its what you want or not. I bought a pair for my Dexta in 2010 from a trade seller at Patrick Edwards sale that April. Ive seen a lot and these were the best ive seen, and you get to Bater, Jim,
Fordson Dexta, Barn Door Technology at it's best.

my replacement one have a slightly different curve to the original ones but they function the same and you cant tell unless they are side by side. plenty strong enough but had to lengthen the mounting slots to fit with the roll bar.

Thanx for the input guys,
Once again sorry for re-opening a topic that has probably been beaten to death.

Maybe there ought to be a sticky showing best quality suppliers for the different components :?:

Problem is quality/fit is so variable, even from the same manufacturer. And just because one batch is good, doesn't mean the next will be. We, the customer tend to be the Quality Control!

Just an update,

Finally decided to order some A******e wings to have a look at.

They arrived the next day and the quality seems to be satisfactory so I decided to fit them.

Only one issue so far, the rear lights also supplied by said company dont just sit right on the wing because of the curve at the point where the lights are supposed to sit. :?

Just to bring this thread to a conclusion,

The wings ordered from A******e were painted and fitted to the tractor with no issues.
The side lights were fitted using a rubber gasket (drawn around side light on inner tube).

Once everything is bolted down tight, Quality and fit were just fine.

Conclusion :- Dont be afraid to order
