Super Dexta year

Hello everyone my name is Bill and im from Ireland.I have a 1963 superdexta but i have no tax book for it and i am trying to work out the date of manufacture.I was wondering if anyone could help me figure it out because im not having much luck myself.
The serial number is 09c911694
Any help would be great.

Hi Bill , along with the serial number you would need to give the casting numbers, which are
on the right side of gearbox [when sitting on the tractor] they will be something like d-26-j , there
are other casting numbers but these are thate type you need to get, they are also under the seat hyd
cover, and on the back axel there will be one on each side , also the side of trans box down beside the diff lock pedal
also the engine number will let you know if that is orignal , that can be found under number one injector,
these will all help dating your tractor, Regards sky blue

hi, Bill, your super dexta was manuf. between Feb and June 1963 , all you need to reregister is ser no., insurance cert., which you will get with the ser. no., also a photo of the tractor.
there should be a vintage tractor club somewhere in your area who would help you with everything.

I have one more question which maybe someone could shed some light on for me.When she is running if i take the dip stick out of the engine it is throwing oil out of it.Just wondering if anyone has come across this before and what might be causing it.

it is probley caused by pressure getting by the rings an find its way to sump , it wil run
with this but through time it may need a rebuild , not to worry it could go on for years like that
but when it gets hard to start and gets to be apain you will probley know when is time to consider a rebuild
just enjoy your dexta untill such time, dont use easy start on her this is not good to say the least.

no worrys, its wrong to remove dipstick on any engine while running, it's bound to spew oil

And the no. On the side of gearbox is 957e7005
