New Oil Pump Problem

Hi all. I need some help with my new Dexta oil pump. The replacement pumps are a slightly different design to the one I pulled off mine. The 2 elbows are now part of the pump body but are a female fitting. So how do I get the pipes to fit? I was planning to take the 2 female fittings off the pipes and replace them with 2 male ones but where can I get these and what size are they? I'm sure I'm not the first to have this problem!
