Dexta Backhoe?

Post by Cvans »

I'm in the process of purchasing a used New Holland 757c 3 point backhoe and would like to use it on the Dexta. Would it be possible to run it off of the tractors hydraulics? I have one hydraulic line running to the rear of the tractor and need to know where the return line should be piped to.
Thanks for your help.

You would dump the return line into a fitting at the filler plug. I would think the dexta hydraulics would have to little flow to get some decent speed on the controls on the backhoe.

Filler plug sounds good.
If it is slow at first that's fine as I have never run one of these things before and the slower it goes the less damage I will do.
There must be some flow out of this pump as it lifted the cycle mower almost too fast. But that was only one cylinder at a time.
