clutch pedal slack: leak close to front crank?

First: My clutch pedal is very loose. I have to change de outside sleeve, and in the same axle, there is the little arm to engage the PTO. So do I have to take off the little arm before ? second, this little arm seem to leak a bit, I should change the oil seal ....if there is one? Please if somebody know the best way to do the job, and I suppose I have to diminish the oïl level too?

second: My dexta 1963/64 ? is leaking around the crank shaft. I am told this is possible to change the crank-oïl seal easyly? is it true? do I have to split the tractor?

I am new on the forum, and from Canada.

Thank you every body.
Julian.

Download yourself a copy of the Workshop Manual - see sticky on dexta forum.

The seal at the clutch/PTO shaft is quite easy to change.
Remove both pedals (remember which way the pin goes back in ) and remove the seal.
It was discussed here a while ago so the thread is there.
Cheers
