Fuel Injector Reducer - Stupid Me!

Hi,
Did a really dumb thing, was having problems with my Dexta's fuel line being blocked, so was working through the fuel system cleaning where I could, stuck out on a muddy paddock.
However when taking off the lines from the fuel pump up to the engine proper managed to launch the fuel injector reducers off into the mud - I managed to do this three times (don't ask!)
These reducers are part number 2 (EIADDN-993243) as shown on page 13 of the Dexta parts manual.
Now.... only recovered one of these, the question is, how important to the running of the engine are these? And if they are needed, any idea where I can source them from - or I am better off just getting some turned up on a lathe/milling machine?
