I have looked at the Dexta workshop manual and there is no information on how to adjust the left hand mounted handbrake, does anyone possibly know where I will find such information. Thank in advance.

Adjusting the handbrake turned out to be rather simple, just waiting for my handbrake ratchet to arrive.

Received my new handbrake ratchet this morning all the way from the UK, now I am bankrupt . I had to search all over my garage for the bolts which I had removed some 13 years ago. My next problem is when I had the mudguards straightened and painted the panel beater patched all the holes bar one for the toolbox and both for the ratchet. Just another obstacle in the joys of restoring a old machine .
