How do you tell if a 3 cylinder Perkins is 144" to 152"?

curious to know if there is any way to tell if the 3 cylinder Perkins is a 144" or a 152" engine?

Reading your previous post. Engine serial # begins with 16. This would indicate a 152. 144s begin with lower #s like 15 or14
