From my "Dexta and Super Dexta Operators Handbook" under genral specifications- wheels and tyres.

Front tyres. 6.00 X 16 20psi.
Front tyres. 6.00 x 16 (with weights) 20 psi.

Strangely, my Dexta Instruction Book lists pressures as follows;
5.50x16 20 psi.
5.50x16 26 psi (with weights)

on 19" rims the pressure has to be 34 PSI / 42 PSi when front wheel weights)
on 16" rims the pressure has to be 20 PSI / 26 PSi when front wheel weights)
The difference between the 6.00 and 5.50 tyres is neglectible.
