Fordson Super Dexta HPL remote control spindle is jammed hardly. How the whole HPL remote control unit could be removed from the upper "smaller" lift cover?

You'll need to lift the top cover, you'll then see the depth control linkage inside. Be careful with it as trying to free it up could upset the adjustments.

Yes, top cover was in my hand but I didn't understood how to get loosened the screw. I sprayed CRC outside of the spindle thread, but is it possible to get sprayed CRC inside the top cover? So the question is, where is spin which is locking the whole lever (flow control valve restric.)?

Try posting a pic of it. As for the flow control knob I've freed a couple of them just by trying with some grips, but be careful with the knob itself and don't overdo it.

Try bathing it in petrol overnight first, then try to move it with the grips.
