Today tried to start engine again. Still hard to rotate engine by own battery. Same thing again and I don't connect any extra battery to rotate engine anymore. After when I change oil pan gasget set this problem came. Do not know what to do? Maybe I should deliver engine to some workshop who understand more than me? But lets earn money before I could do that.

Are we not possibly looking at a bum starter motor, as IlkkaV did mention that he was able to turn the engine by hand?
When I checked my oil pressure I removed the oil pressure sensor and fitted a ferguson green and red pressure guage if he can get one, worked okay for me to get an idea of my oil pressure. Just a thought.

We had a very similar thing with TEF20. It started and then stalled, then would start again not long after, and then stall again. It turned out to be sucking air and not oil and from what you say it sounds very similar. We had just fitted a second hand block and there was a plug missing from the side causing the problem.

Take one of the bottom ends off and see if its oily or not. Bearing shells are fairly cheap and on our tractor we had just fitted new shells and we could have got away without changing them, but we did anyway. Before running it again take the oil pressure switch out and turn it over by hand and make sure you are getting oil out before attempting to run it again. As has been mentioned, if you have a pressure gauge that would make sure you are running at the right pressure. These are cheap enough and well worth having one in your tools box.
Try not to be too down about it. These engines are tough and will take some abuse...just don't try running it again before you are 100% oil is getting through and the bearings are all ok.

Exactly this. Fully agree.

Today it was fourth time to split Dexta and remove clutch and flywheel. Starter motor was running ok without load. When I removed flywheel I found some small axial movement on crankshaft. Should there be some minor movement or not?

I think now it is better to find some Dexta specialist to check what might be the problem. Still I want to say great thanks for everybody who gave comments on my troubles!

There should be 0.002" to 0.010" end float in the crankshaft.

Hello Jerry! Yes we have sent some mails at the beginning of 2020 regarding my oil leak problems. I remember, but what do you mean BB?

Today starter has been checked by auto electric expert and he told me that starter is fine. I've got also pressure meter to check the oil pressure. Tomorrow I have plan to test engine by disconnecting all fuel spray lines and test if it's rotating easily by hand.

Fastening the engine stop control would be easier than removing injector lines.

Today I put starter back to the engine and I opened oil switch and put some paper for the opening. The I rotate engine directly from starter with cables. First and second start was very tight, but third start was succesful and engine was rotating more and more smoothly and engine started up and running at least 20 seconds before I stopped it. Ofcourse oil was on the carage floor, but... . Tomorrow I will put pressure gauge and check what will be the oil pressure. Unfortunately today I forget gauge in my work jacket pocket. I think, maybe there was somekind of airlock inside the lube oil system. Let's see tomorrow what will be the pressure.

I have been using my 6 foot topper in the long grass in my field today. It worked hard but then that is what Dexta's like

Ok, Bulletin Board.

Today I tried to rotate engine with cables directly to the starter. Again engine rotating slowly and very tight and my cables are not big enough to do this. Oil pressure gauge shows 10 - 15 psi when engine is rotating slowly by starter. Again by hand engine is rotating like earlier before these problems Something is wrong, but I don't have any idea.

Give your cables a good clean and make sure all connections are clean and tight. If that doesn't sort it the starter is in need of attention, remove the cover band and inspect the brushes first.

Today I removed all sprayers and tried to rotate engine. Engine was rotating very good by hand and by battery wtih 35mm2 cables. But when I connected engine back to the tractor, engine came sticky and more sticky. And when I tightenes all bolts betwee engine and clutch block, it was so tight that I can't rotate by hand from the cranckshaft. I also test press clutch pedal down, but there was no any difference. Could the problem be from the clutch?

That does seem to be something to do with the clutch, Did you align the plate with a tool? Were you in gear? You should try out of gear with the clutch properly aligned. Also try lowering the hydraulic main control lever as lifting the arms by hand is hard work.

Is it possible that the external service hydraulic control is out, with lever up? That would load the system.

Today morning I found the reason why engine is rotating ok when it's separately from the tractor. Clutch pto disc is damaged do to my too heavy force to assembly engine to the tractor. You can find picture there (https://ibb.co/GVbbGMM).

What do you think is it better to deliver clutch to the specialist or am I able to do that job my myself?

You can do it, but don't alter the settings in the toggle levers. You're probably better to change both discs at once and before you turn the engine press the clutch pedal several times in both settings to see if anything seems out, if it does you'll then be needing to readjust the clearances, Here's the manual on that:

Today tried to start opening clutch. But looks like clutch pressure plate springs are very tight. How to take out clutch pressure plate spring retainers without any special tools?

Use a valve spring compressor.

A little tip. When reassembling the Bell housing back onto the Engine the last few cm are the most critical as you have to have both large and heavy parts to align for them to mate and guiding them at this point is difficult.
So obtain some lengths of studding (long threaded rods) the diameter of the bolt holes. Using two nuts bolt on each rod, three or four lengths (150mm) into the Engine plate around the area and align the Bell housing onto these rods. The Bellhousing and the Engine plate are now closely aligned well before you get to the point where you are trying to get the spigot shaft of the gearbox into the centre of the flywheel (This is the point where it gets critical!). With the rods in place you are very close to the proper alignment in Vertical, Horizontal and lateral axis. If you use a net on each rod behind the bell housing then you can slowly guide the bellhousing up to the Engine plate. When you are almost there then you can undo the nuts and remove the rods for that last few mm. Hope this is useful.

Look at the tools and see what you can make easily, you can use the input shafts to line up the plates with the pilot bearing.

I took the new clutch plate and found a socket that had the same external diameter size as the inner diameter of the clutch plate. I made sure the socket was a tight fit on the extension and used it to line up the clutch plate with the flywheel and then tightened the pressure plate on. All OK
