hi all ihave been doing a service on dexta an am about to
put oil in to filter, when filling should the oil be put into the middle
chamber with the holes in it or just around the out side of the middle of the chamber.
or both places
iknow it sounds silly but it doesnt take much to confuse me :)

Hi, have a look for an oil level mark somewhere on the bowl, not sure where it is or even if it has one but there is generally a fill line (i'm sure someone can tell you exactly where to look). The general rule is fill the centre cup and let it run through the holes until the oil in the centre and outer chambers is level, but not above the level of the holes. Hope that makes sense

Fill till the level mark on the outside of the bowl, ensure both the inner and outer levels are the same. A pic of the bowl would help as there are several.

In theory the level should be above the lower rib (only just).
