Working in the heat
Cutting and shifting some firewood today in high 20's celcius, just to make you folks in the Northern hemisphere jealous!
you know it's a classic when people stop to watch.
Re: Working in the heat
Don’t feel too sorry, unusually warm here recently with temperatures in mid to high teens.
We don’t have a climate so much as weather.

Not at all jealous, we were in the low 20's here when ploughing yesterday and it felt hellish hot, and nearby there have been maximum temperature records for December-January. I hope it gets a bit colder as otherwise the summer will seem never to end.

Wow, those are not Winter temps at all!
We are having a "La Nina" Summer meaning more rain than normal but this area still dries off to a light tan complexion as this shows.

You seem to be drier than we are at a similar time, although some areas can loose the green completely by the end of the summer and be pretty dusty.

Re: Working in the heat
Hi Guys enjoy your cool weather, we had a 34 centigrade today but still experiencing a lot of rain storms every afternoon with hail. Last week our city was hit by golf ball size hail stones, fortunately where I live we missed it.

Re: Working in the heat
That's not good weather, we've been predicted stuff like that in the past and it's probably only time before we get it although I hope we never do get it.
Starting a Major here is just as easy whatever the temperature, starting anything else is another matter!
