Running an external hydraulic motor

I've read it is possible to run an external hydraulic motor, eg for a conveyor belt, from Dexta hydaraulics.
Is this using the Double Acting Ram attachment?
If so, is it possible to add a DAR to the standard Dexta lift cover, or does the DAR require a special cover?
Thanks,
Ben

Ben , to run external hydraulics, ie for a hydraulic motor for a conveyer belt, you would only need single acting hydraulics ,hook one hose to the spool valve in front of the seat, and the return to the diff/hyd housing filler behind the seat. You would only need a double acting spool valve if you wanted the hydraulic motor to turn in both directions. This could be one option for you depending on what you want it to do.Cheers "The Swanndri Guy"
DAR for external hydraulics

Would the DAR give variable speed for the external motor as well as running in both directions?
Will the DAR valve fit a standard late 1961 Dexta lift cover or do I need a completely different 'lid'?
Many thanks,
Ben
