ford 4000 build information

we have a1973 4000 but we will soon have to replace the clutch. the serial no is D907800 model no D1014C and build code 2C21D has anyone got any production run info and from the above can anyone tell me the clutch size and no of splines on the gearbox input shaft and the p.t.o. input shaft please
