4000 pivot pin

hi guys going to give the old 4000 a bit of TLC but need some advice on how to fix the pivot pin which is badly worn as you can see the main front casting looks ok , thinking getting someone to hard face it and machine it round but what diameter is the pin ,is there surposed to be a bush in the casting and there seems to be no greasing points is this right or should there be some.
