5610 tractormeter

hi, usually post on dexta/ major issues, but todays problem is lack of rev counter on my 5610.( yes I know its a bit newer than the series lot ) i`ve removed engine end of cable to find cable has seized, and also the drive from eng does`nt turn . it looks like another cable goes into the eng here ? any ideas please?? cheers , rich.
