Ford 4000 safety cab

Post by Themorph96 »

Hi, Thank you for accepting me on this forum.
I have a 1972 (L reg) 4000 with safety cab and I am currently in the process of stripping it ready for repair and respray. I have managed to source new rubbers for the windows, mudguards and dash sides but I am having a hard time trying to locate the section of rubber that goes between the top of the dash and the bottom of the windscreen. It is approximately 6" Deep and has completely gone. The screen is the type that raises up in the middle at the bottom. Not the straight type.
Can anybody help me to sourse some rubber whether it be new or good second? Please.

Hello themorth96,

I have just started restoration on a 1971 Ford 3000, with a safety cab.
Would help me if you could post where to buy the rubbers you mention.
