Hi Tim,
I could possibly help out with a starter but as I don't know what part of the world you are in shipping might cost more than the starter is worth. I am in Australia so unless you are close by you would be better off going to a local tractor wrecker.
Regards Frank.

Real tractors don't need tin work to be beautiful.

Hi Tim,
Have you tried Cox & Turner? http://www.coxnturner.freeserve.co.uk/index.html If they haven't got one they may be able to point you in the right direction.
I weighed the starter and it comes in at a little over 10 kg and using the postal calculator that would cost around $106 Australian shipping by sea freight. More than double that price if you wanted it any faster. You would also need to check with your customs to make sure that it is not a prohibited import. I noticed that the UK has a prohibition on importing electrical equipment, and I hope that the starter is not classed as such. I would hate it to get all the way to the UK only to be seized by some customs official.
PM me if you want more details.
Regards, Frank.
