Hi,

Does anyone have a spare axle pin retainer?

I am missing mine and someone has replaced the original pin with one from a ferguson!

I would like to return it to original.

Thanks,

This is for a dexta right? I was following your other thread about this.

Our axle is currently in pieces and can get you photos and dimentions for you to make one if thats any help? A small piece of flat plate and some cutting, a drilled hole and your done.

You could always try a breakers if your in desperate need of an original piece.

The large radius is there simply to alow a starting handle to pass through the pivot pin to engage with the starter dog and so is not really necessary and its omission would simplyfy the fabrication job a lot. The original is pressed from mild steel but if I were making it I would try to get hold of a piece of BDMS.
