Hi, Have a Dexta which i am restoring somewhat, in need of a few parts which did'nt worry me too much because judging by the number of web sites, parts were mostly available.
However, the right Brake Back plate is corroded in one place and tried to no avail to get another, Local CHN dealer says that part is no longer available from them, and Agriline don't do one for a Dexta,
Just wondering if anyone may have one, or know where i may be able to get one. Thanks, Jim. :D

Suggest a breakers like Ron Greet ; it's also worth trying Malcolm Hipperson, who has quite a few 2nd hand Dexta parts.
All the best,

All the best,
Thanks Ben, Im a bit new to restoring tractors so have'nt found my way round the Breakers yet, Tried the two you suggested , but no response from them yet. One thing i have noted is that a MF 135, Back Plate is much similar, the Dexta uses 10 studs and the 135 uses 12 but the Dexta plate has 2 unused holes, "I wonder".

I can confirm the rear axle shims are the same size and hole width and dimentions etc.. as you point out the dexta has 2 studs less, but will the actuating cam line up?

Malcolm had a "parts" Dexta and a few back ends in his yard when I last visited him a few weeks ago.

YorkshireDextaMan,

I bought a rearend for spareparts some time ago.
Now that i've taken it apart i have those plates, but no purpose for them.
So if you quest does not work out,let me know, you're welcome to them.
You can have them for free, only the shipping charges might be quite high.
Anyway,i will store them safely.

Greetings from across the North Sea.
Rob.
