Jos van Dijk has given me the following question. Jos is not a member of our forum, but his project that is for sale is quite unique, so I offered to help him.
I’m in possession of a Fordson vintage truck. It is a Fordson Thames 7V from 1942. This is a restoration project and much has been done in a professional manner.
The entire frame and chassis has been completely done (sandblasted and powder coated), we have the bodywork almost complete. The engine has been overhauled. Unfortunately, I am not able to finish this project.
My question is: do you have a suggestion how to sell this rare item? On market sites seems not an option. I see on your site that it's almost all about tractors but because it's a Fordson I hope you will have a tip or advice.
I hope you can advise me and that this rare truck finds a lover.
I add a picture of my car and a photograph (black and white) of the same model. If desired, I can email more pictures.
If you have advice, suggestion or questions please contact Jos trough his e-mail address: premolaar@gmail.co
