Petter Diesel 7hp, Has no throttle SO?

Post by Tmac »

Now What?? Iam putting this 7 hp Petter on an irrigation pump, a throttle isn't needed but would be nice to have. Anyone out there know where the throttle should be at?

This engine came from a aircraft heating cart. Also has a gear type fuel pump. This apparently was used to feed the burner and is big for a engine fuel pump. I would like to get it off, but it feeds the injector. What should be on it.

Hi TMac,i don't know if you are still working on this project, but i'll reply anyway.

Since my latest project was a Ferrari, with a Lombardini engine,i bought a book :"Small Diesel Engine".
This also covers a big range of Lister Petter engines.
So if yours is a type (here we go...)

LT1,LV1,LV2,ST1,ST2,ST3,HR2,TL2,TL3,TS1,TS2,TS3,TR1,TR2,TR3,TX2,TX3,AA1,AB1,AC1,AC2,AC1Z,AC1ZS,AB1W,AC1W,AC2W,LPA2,LPA3,LPA4,LPW2,LPWS2,LPW3,LPWS3,LPW4,LPWS4,PH1,PH2,PJ1,PJ1Z,PJ2,PJ2Z,PJ3,

Then i can help you with exploded view drawings and specs.
