i believe you are correct, in the auction someone made a comment about it being a Ransomes.
At $700 NZD it is a bit pricey for me, I already have a red-brand one and it might be pushing my luck to buy this one as well!

Used one in the 1960's. As well as 3 point hitch had to be bolted to draw bar or check chain holder on tractor.
Pain in the ar** to fit and to use. MF 732 and International B23 were far better.
