Correct size towing trailer

Post by Jimbratt »

Guys
I’m looking for the best type of trailer to move my Super Major around with
Most car trailers are to long
What about a plant trailer

Any body got any suggestions or maybe has something for sale
My towing vehicle is a Ford Ranger 3lt so no issues on towing weights

Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim, the only problem with using a plant trailer, so i've been told, is that a tractor is usually heavier on the back end, and as a plant trailer is shorter than a car trailer you can't move the tractor back ar forward to get the weight distribution correct

My biggest fear is that when i die my wife will sell my tractors for what i told her they cost

Thanks John
I think I will stick with a car trailer for that reason

Cheers Jim
