For all members who own fordsons, if you want take your major or super major out for a tractor show, run or gathering and you haven't got a battery fitted or your battery is flat, and you have a belt pulley fitted to it, the people of Turkey, and of the Philippines have a tip for you...

That's how farmers also start fordsons here in the philippines if the tractor has dead batteries. My grandfather claimed he also uses that method on his ford 4000, and that tractor haven't got a belt pulley option!(if you want to know how my grandfather starts his 4000 using the lawnmower method, just ask me :D )
