Great pictures, Henk!

Seems you had a great day and great weather too.

How much kilometers/miles drive you drove yesterday during the road run?
Best regards,
Pascal

Did I see my Guldner in there or was it my imagination? :o

Great pictures as usual. Did I recognise the water part?

Hello Brian,

I think your imagination is going on the run, about the Guldner. :?

Your right about the lake. The picture is taken a cross the water, sky wide about 500 meters from were we drink our coffee, but it takes about 20 Km to get from that point to were the picture is taken.

Henk,
Great pictures again, looks like you had a lot of fun. How many tractors were on this road run, and how far was your road run?
See ya

Hello Mark,

How are you doing. Hope you're feeling better.
I sure had a lot of fun. It was fine weather.
The run was about 55 Km and I had to drive about 34 Km so that's a total of 123 Km. Started at 7.30 u and put the tractor at 6.00u in the shed.
Kind regards, Henk

Henk,
I'm doing well, I got out and cut some grass today, but had to stop. Where they went into my artery in my groin, started hurting badly. It's been 7 days today. Maybe have to hold off on the grass for a while.
Thanks for asking.:)
Looks like you did have a great time in the road run.
See ya

Henk,

That was some gathering of tractors, I'm sure you had a good time.

What is the legal situation regarding road runs with vintage tractors or other slow moving vehicles, do you need to inform or get Police permission??

Regards,

Barry

Mark,

One of the club administrators is the police. He drives in a police car in full uniform and leads the run. So they are informed. It’s important not to do stupid things and violate the traffic law. We have two guy’s on motorbikes and two cars that block the crossings. It takes about 15 till 20 minutes to pass. The plan was a tour around the Veerse lake. About 60 Km. And yes Brian we were going to pass Veere. But on that day the “Four Freedom Awards” were given by our Queen to a few important people, so Middelburg was block by police and army. Last time they went through Middelburg the traffic was jammed for the rest of the afternoon.
Kind regards, Henk
