New Year's Day Road Run

Once again, the Old Friends And Relatives Tractor Society (anyone clever at working out acronyms?) will be rising bright and early on New Year's Day to undertake a road run in aid of a couple of charities - this year it's the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and the Make a Wish Foundation. We're expecting about 40 tractors (and rain and/or snow! ) for a roughly 18 mile run through the back lanes of east Buckinghamshire up to Ivinghoe Beacon and back to Wing, near Leighton Buzzard. Peter Love has promised to come along to see the madness, so keep an eye out in your tractor magazines for his report.

My very good wishes to you all for 2011 - and thanks again for all the help and advice you give to me and others in our time of need!

I'm sure your friends enjoy being called old farts  . It's a shame we moved away from that area to wales then Canada I was raised in New Mill Tring :) . we could see the beacon from our old farm on the Bulbourne road. I would of loved to see that run around there. Good luck with it and I hope you guys have fun and the weathers good :) .
Regards Robert
