Here's an engine I found the other day for the Major

It's in a local metal recycling plant where we are doing some work.

Don't know much about it KK, there are at least 20 pistons, I've not been on site yet, picture is of my nephew he's over 6ft. I suggested he acquires a couple of pistons for stools or coffee tables, I don't know if its a v or possibly a tri, like a deltic(sub engine) or maybe a gas pumping unit, its big for sure.

Hi River,

Wow, that would be quite a conversion, to put this engine before your engine! :D
And I thought a 590e was pretty tough to handle..

Those pistons would be really nice for furniture indeed!
Best regards,
Pascal

Fordson's don't leak oil, they are just marking their territory.

Finally, an engine capable of tearing the rear end apart on a Fordson Major. ... I bet that engine was in the two or three thousand + HP range. But, there has to be a reason that it is apart and in that dumpster. Dave!
Have a Fordsonful day Folks!
