My latest project has not been restoring a tractor, it has been fixing up the crummy and crumbling basement in my old house which is now a rental house. It was originally a one room school house that was built in 1903.

Here's the man, and the machine. I moved over 350 Cubic yards of dirt with this little B-20 Kubota. I needed something small enough to get under the house and under the beams and this little machine is just the ticket. It has done a wonderful job of digging some of the toughest hardpan/clay I have ever run across.

I wish I was getting paid for this Job! I would have made plenty. I had two helpers and we poured the first section of new footing the other day. When I am done, the wall will be 7.5 feet. More photos to follow. Dandy Dave!

What an impressive profile!

Glad you're having some nice weather but hope it doesn't get any hotter. Brian can we have a line in FTP swimwear?

So you can recommend the Kuboto for digging??

Actually I need to get a few, or more, FTP shirts. I have not yet, but it has been on my mind. Deciding the colors is the hard part. Orange on blue, Blue on Orange, Orange, gray and Blue, Blue Gray and Orange...??? Christmas is comming. :D Dandy Dave!

Aahhhh Yes. I would buy a half dozen FTP speedos if there were any, and proudly display the blue, orange, and gray.

And yes. After seeing what this little machine did with ease, I would highly recommend this little industrial model for anyone doing this type of a job where space is restricted. I did put new teeth on the backhoe as the old ones were worn to make the digging easier. I loosened the dirt first with the backhoe, and then removed it with the front loader. This little machine is 4WD and hardly slipped a wheel while backing out of the hole and up the ramp. The backhoe on this machine is fixed to the machine like the larger backhoes making it stonger than a 3 point hitch Backhoe which can break the back of the tractor if the opperator is not carfull. I also used my Massy 30 D Backhoe Loader where I could around the outside, but most of the time it was too big to get under very far. Pound for pound, that little Kubota digs as well as a large machine.
