Massey 135

Post by Nick »

Hi all, we have a Massey 135 thats been sat in the shed for ages, so today it was started and a new pto pressure washer was put on it, it worked perfectly! However, to get the pto to go into gear you have to stop the engine, is there a way of adjusting the clutch on these?
Also its blowing a bit of oil out the dipstick tube when running, i reckon its either worn rings (but it doesnt smoke at all), or a blocked breather. Where are they located on a 135?
Any help on this would be ideal, i onyl usually touch fords lol! :D

Look here... http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractor ... n-135.html

There are a lot of Petrols here in the states. Looks like they used 4 different engines thru production. Two petrol, Continental, and two Diesels, Perkins. I would put that diesel to work first to see if the rings are just sticky from sitting.

Look around here for you clutch problem. http://www.google.com/search?q=massey+f ... LR_enUS491
