It's a County Hi-Clear conversion. Photo taken in a hurricane

No, it's not a high clear conversion.
And, I took that picture while on the way home from school. Yesterday I tried to take its picture again but sadly the tractor wasn't there. Probably the owner used it in the fields.(I have very nearly slipped its identification while I'm writing this paragraph
