I'm placing this topic for my friend Dies.

He has a stationary gas engine, Invincible London 7 hp.
It was delivered around 1904 by a dealer at Goes, a place nearby.
It looks like a Lister, but there are no Lister names or brands at it.

He is looking for any info about the brand and the engine.
Who can help him out?

Brian,

Your link has put Dies on the right track. Many thanks from him.

His reaction to me was: (translated)

Old Marine Invincible is an inboard and outboard engine from Australia
H. and J. gwynn an engineer family startedt in 1901 the stationairy engine comp.
They let them produce at Hammersmith London

Invincible Stover Fairfield has nothing to do with it, but Stover started in 1903 in london
Stover Invincible is one of the engines in the book of the first Lister types.
Lister started in 1906 and Stover moves to Fairfield
