clock time

Why is the clock time out by one hour..?
Often wondered that, myself. It's an hour slow even here in west Oz.

Then is it two hours out from GMT..?

In Holland it is 1 hour in front of British Summer time at the moment that makes us two hours in front of GMT. Please do not ring from England, late at night
