Say Fellows, Haven't been on here in a while. Been on the move. Sold all my land in New York State and headed to Virginia. Had an Auction but kept the Fordson Power Major. My honey asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I had this old truck on my mind. I saw it first about 5 years ago and have been thinking about it lately. She said to go get it so I did.

Wow, that's a really cool truck. I think I would be able to make a little room for such a beauty. Enjoy it.

I know that there's a tractor manufacturer there in the States named White, and I'm a bit annoyed by it , because their tractors were actually painted grey.

Is the White company I'm talking about the same company that made that truck?

Yes. Interesting History. In a nut shell, The White family started building sewing machines back in the 1800's. Branched out into autos and trucks in the early 1900's. Also started Cleveland Tractor which built Cletrac Crawlers around WWI. Oliver bought out Cletrac around 1946, White bought out Oliver in the mid 1960's. White produced trucks until 1980 when they sold out.
