This unit is probably 20 mi from my place, I’ve been watching it for several years but have never been able to meet the owner, last week I was over in that area, stopped in and again no one was home. I doubt that he wants to get rid of it as it looks like he still uses it quite often. Not sure who made the cab, I never really got a good look at it as no one is ever home when I stop, She is a nice looking unit.
Pascal, can you ID this girl?

The tire on the bottom right of the pic was a nice clean 6000 Commander, I probably should have snuck a pic of it as well.

1164 or 1174

If you get the chance, you should make an offer on this beast!

My guess it's an 1164, because more are made of them from 1971 till 1978.
The 1174 is only made from 1977 till 1979.
But Frode could be right as well...the difference is quite small apart from the (original) cab

The 1164 has 116 HP (102 HP on the PTO); the 1174 has 112 HP (96 HP on the PTO).

No, and doubt that I will. I’m still trying to sell the Harley to get enough money together to go pick up the one running Super and the other parts tractors for the Doe project. And I have to restrain myself and remember that my collection is Fordsons, not County’s. But it sure would look nice with the rest of the girls!
