County 4wd tyre sizes?

Post by pbufton »

My dad's Ploughmaster 75 has 13.6 r38''s on the rear and 11.2-24 tyres on the front.

I recently looked at a Ford 4000 four which had the same size tyres as this on. Yet my neighbours 4000 four appears to have smaller wheels and tyres on?

The sidewalls of the rears have corroded the size off but are noticeably not as tall in profile..the fronts are 9.5/9-24...did Ford/County vary the sizes? As we want to fit the correct size new.

Thanks

Good evening,

On page 3 of the Conversion board on the topic "VonZu '78 4600-four" , I have posted a leaflet of a 4600-four with all the tyre options. The 4000-four is basically the same as the 4600-four. Please send me a PM if you would like to have the 4000-four leaflets.

Do you happen to have some pictures? These are great tractors!
Best regards,
Pascal

Fordson's don't leak oil, they are just marking their territory.
