Power steering on 510e/590e/ Trader 6D

Post by DEXTA MAN »

Anyone fitted a major power steering kit to a 510e/590e 6cyl conversion? Not tried yet but basically been told a super 6 has the belt, pump and fan 1 inch more forward and the side rails are 11" longer to allow this because the rubber damper on the main belt pulley but ive just about finished mine except the "thrilly bits" so cant really do that, looking for ideas what others have done

You would need the water pump as well because the tractor water pump has a longer shaft moving the pulley forward to clear the pump drive belt.
