Where should the hydraulic oil fill level be checked?

Square headed plug near clutch pedal piviot.

I could find one for the gear box but not the back end or are they the same?

Did you see my first message, if so it was wrong, it was the 2-3000 tractors that had it on that side.

Yours should be hiding just in front of the PTO selector and could be behind the clutch pedal.
