After a long absence from this board a little update from my side.
The past half year has been very busy for me. My father had some strokes again, Hannekes pregnancy wasn't going very well and we had quite a stressfull time on my work. So there wasn't much time left for hobbies and pleasure.
But up to the good news:
On october 1st, Hanneke and I became the proud parents of our first child, a daughter, named Diede. From day one on, she does very well. And so does Hanneke.
Also this summer I was able to harvest 2,5 hectare of winter wheat without to much trouble with our 1964 Clayson M103 combine harvester. Also the Fordson Super Major of Hannekes father had a engine failure. It had the big ends worn out on cilinder 3 and 4. Together with some other bearings on the end of life it was time to do an partial engine rebuild. Pistons and liners were found fine, as was the cilinder head. So we had the crank reground, piston rods checked, new set of bearing and new rings and start up assembling again. Due to the above mentioned activities the project has been on hold for the past 3,5 month. But last saturday it was a nice day to be in the workshop and this was the result:

The engine is in position again, lining up the engine on the gearbox shaft was quite an issue with the live clutch, but it worked out. In the mean time the cilinder head is on, valves are set, injectors are in, so, almost ready for a fire up.
I hope to be able to be a litle more active on hear in the near future.
Best regards
Emiel
