I recenlty found this mid mounted mower made by busatis
It should fit on a major.
the axle is free.
When my tractor is back into 1 piece, this will be the next project.
Anyone into these sort of mowers?

I don't have a tractor mounted finger bar mower but do operate a retirement sanctuary here for old Allen Scythe mowers, these are a self propelled mower where the operator walks (or jogs!) behind - google and you will see lots. They keep creeping in, I've two reliable runners, two run when they choose to and about 4 'bitzas'
There used to be lots of three legged dogs and cats when these mowers were widely used, they see a disturbance in the grass and pounce on it, my little ones will take an inch diameter sapling off cleanly.............

Busatis has its origin in Austria,
Here it's well known for finger bar mowers. Some time ago they sold this division to another company. Will see if I can find more information by contacting them.
