Great news - Update

Post by mathias1 »

We have been working hard to upgrade the old forum and all looks good now.
Besides that, the site is now hosted on a new server, and we got the php version upgraded from 5.4.6 to the latest version.

These upgrades where necessary, since the php version wasn't supported anymore. The old board did suffer from major problems in the admin section. These are all history now.

Is there a way to stop being logged out when I'm half way through writing a post? This has happened a few times now and I've lost everything I've typed :curse:

thanks

Annoying.

We have to search for that.

Just a tip, you could select and copy your text after a short period, and when you are loged out start again and paste the text directly in your post.
You could wright in Word and copy and paste it in your post.

Or just type faster. Just kidding.
Kind regards, Henk

Hi Henk
There appears to be a problem accessing my article on modernising a Dexta's Electrics.
We get the following message when trying to open the link:
<%@ Page language="c#" Codebehind="default.aspx.cs" AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="FlexWiki.Web.Default2" %> <% StartPage(); %> <% DoHead(); %> <%= InsertStylesheetReferences() %> <% DoPage(); %> <% EndPage(); %>
Cheers
Jerry

Hi Henk This is under the WIKI page in the announcments section. Modernising your Dexta electrics. The error script says wiki.

Mike,
As far as I can see there are no limits to the time when writing or editing a post. So I don't understand where and why this problem occurs. :scratchhead:
