Bolt torque settings

Guys
Last week I received an email from somebody in USA asking me if I knew the torque settings for a Dexta water pump.
Short answer was no, had never torqued up a water pump before, or even thought to.
In conversation with my boss during the week, he said he had seen a book with bolt torque settings in it. So I jumped on Google and found lots of stuff on the subject.
