30 years ago I could have had the tractor for free, along with all the other collectors around here. The old man that had the farm told me to take it, but has since passed away. The bushes and trees were thicker back then and the tree was still alive. The way it grew between the wheel and transmission it would have been very hard to move and good running Fordson F's could be bought for only $100 back then. I just passed it up. The son, who now owns the farm, does not like to get rid of anything. So there it sits as a monument. If I did get it, I believe I would leave the tree and just cut it off at the stump, and above enough to get it on a trailer and bring it home for yard art. It is very rough, and in my opinion, not worth restoring. But what a conversation piece. Dandy Dave!
