It's the original PS set up off of a Power Major, just like yours, Dave.
I saw one on eBay about 5 years ago, and it went for just over $200.00. I thought that was too much, so I let it go. I've been kicking myself, ever since.

The blue paint has stuck well to the solid gold components has it not!

It was nearly the same setup from the Major onwards to 1964. It was also used by other companies like Nuffields with some slight differences.
