They are so many years behind our Fordsons ! 
There was a 1954 FMD ploughing fields by radio control in the mid 1950's at the NIAE at Silsoe and, of course, the famous radio controlled Dexta that Arther Battelle demonstrated all over Europe in the late 1950's for Fordson.
