Steering wheel

Hi i was wondering if anyone on here has "re lined" the steering wheel. On my tractor there is no plastic on it just the metal wheel. The wheel is straight so i would hate to get another one.

Only where it had spalled off at the spoke ends through rust scottyboy, Belzona 'molecular' metal of the 1980's after de-rusting and it has lasted ever since then OK. Not sure if I'd try a whole rim freehand unless I had a good one to make a mould for the scallops on the underside.......

You can get a new one on fleebay for about $35US or agriline has them for £30.00 incl. VAT. Depends on how much you value your time as to whether you would be inclined to do that.
