hydraulic conversion
can anyone tell me if i can take the 3 point hitch, top cover, and all related parts off of a fordson major diesel and install it on a 1961 fordson super major.

I think this can be done. Not the other way around. Don't know if you have to change the pump also, but I think you have to.

Top cover from diesel major will go on a super major and work, I've got one set up like this.
