Is there a modern alternative to the mesh used in the oil bath filter? Mine as come to the end of its life. Can I repack it with something else? Or is there a way to put a modern disposable filter in there somehow, whilst keeping it looking original?
Cheers
Cam.

Re: Oil bath air filter
Hi Cam, good question there mate. My removable filter is heading for a replacement which I believe are available on the market, not sure how you would replace the upper filter. It might be interesting to call someone like Donaldson Filters, they make a wide variety of filters.Or better still has anyone ever replaced the upper filter and how is it removed? Apparently it is advised to keep the original oil bath air cleaner as per "Harry Ferguson".
